Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain securely attached to the clothing.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
